Why it’s harder for you to stand up as you age❓

Aging can be a challenging and daunting process. As we age, our bodies go through various changes, including a decline in physical ability and an increased risk of certain health conditions.

📌Our joints become stiffer and lose their range of motion as we age. The cartilage in joints like hips and knees thins and soft tissues tighten. This limits how much the joints can flex during movements like standing up.Additionally, our balance and coordination may deteriorate, making it more difficult to maintain stability when standing.
